Just in time for the holiday season, Club Med La Caravelle, located on one of the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, is getting a makeover with an extraordinary renovation and new ultra luxurious spaces.

For more than 40 years, <a href="https://www.clubmed.be/r/La-Caravelle/y?ds_rl=1250031&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzKiu9-uo5gIVCrDtCh2NEA86EAAYASAAEgImEvD_BwE&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds" target="_blank">Club Med La Caravelle</a> has become a must-see resort, sublimating the shores of Sainte Anne, in Guadeloupe. This place offers a unique travel experience which has risen its pole position as one of the most emblematic hotels in the Caribbean Sea; a title that it intends to monopolize just in time for the high season, starting in December. After a year and a half of reformes, the place has got a new refreshed look, which combines the &quot;Club Med&quot; experience with an ultimate luxury hotel.

Among the novelties? In addition to the hotel&#39;s&nbsp; renovations, its sea-view pool and its restaurant Hibiscus, the resort has acquired an adults-only space, an ultra-luxury extension that has established itself on its 40 hectares of land. Called &quot;Oasis Zen&quot;, the place is defined as a club apart within the resort where pleasure meets relaxation. Set around its infinity pool, the 12 new Suites and 30 Deluxe rooms all open onto a private balcony or terrace with breathtaking sea view. The decoration designed by the French interior designer Michael Malapert , who has made his weapons among Philippe Starck , combines with subtle Creole inspiration and elements of nature, for an immediate feeling of well-being. For those who wish more privacy, this mini-temple of zen also has a beach of white sand reserved for adults where the deckchairs rub shoulders with extra large canopied beds.

As for gastronomy, the new Allamanda beach lounge, featuring an upscale restaurant and a rum cellar, has been designed to offer both a gourmet and authentic experience. You can enjoy local specialties with a breathtaking view after sipping an iconic cocktail on the rooftop terrace. Finally, you must go to the brand new Club Med Spa by Sothys , the beating heart of the Zen Oasis and partly deployed on the beach making a real haven of peace to regenerate after an intense sporting session. Installed on the &quot;Palapa&quot;, a wooden cabin on the sea, connected by a pontoon from the Zen beach, one lets be soothed by the massage Sensations Orientales Treatment, where the care is signed Sothys. In the background? The soft music of the waves coming down on the piles just below the hut. View ? The transparent turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea, in which we can see some fish strutting between the wooden boards.

The club has also thought of families with 12 new Suites and 68 superior rooms able to accommodate up to 5 people. But also a brand new Baby Club and aquatic playgrounds where children will find their happiness from 4 months to 17 years. The good news ? Since December 7, the airline <a href="https://www.airbelgium.com/fr/" target="_blank">Air Belgium</a> directly connects Belgium to Guadeloupe, with two weekly flights from Charleroi to Pointe-&agrave;-Pitre. A boon.
