The Moncler Genius Tour makes a stop in London
Francesco Ragazzi is a provocateur and he never hid from it. He breathed new life into Moncler's collections by offering new silhouettes with urban and punk inspirations. The line Moncler Palm Angels is the culmination of all this work of reworking models of the house. This line, artistic and provocative, carries the utopian vision of Ragazzi. The volumes are big, assertive and sparkling colors catch the eye, like a candy wrapper. This collection will be presented through a world tour where each stop will be a unique event: installations, happening, exhibition ... Who knows what Moncler can offer us.
For the London presentation, on June 6, Francesco Ragazzi proposed the theme "Art Breaking" to his guests by inviting a team of artists to tag the showcases impetuously. For these artists, each showcase is a blank canvas to color bright shades to define the spirit of Palm Angels. Creating a unique and ephemeral set, Moncler creates a world of its own time for a flash presentation: a happening fashion. The artistic director of the house wanted to mix the soothing atmosphere of an art gallery and the aggressiveness of the urban environment. A bold combo that benefits the Ragazzi models who, in this quasi-surgical atmosphere, stand out as master pieces that all collectors must desire.
