Emporio Armani reveals its cards, the fall winter 2025 fashion show
Giorgio Armani chooses playing cards as the inspiration and common thread of the fall winter 2025 collection, presented during Milan Fashion Week.
The Emporio Armani fashion show for autumn winter 2025-26 starts slowly. Large and soft coats , equally large jackets loose alternate with small-proportioned models, unlike the trousers , whose silhouette is generous. A series of relaxed, welcoming day looks in shades of mélange grey, which gradually veer into the midnight blue of multi-layered jacket and trousers suits.
A Navy on which the fil rouge of the season takes shape: playing cards. Whether it's a print, an inlay or a small detail, the world of cards becomes the symbol of a fun mood, accompanying the show from the bomber decorated with cards, as if they had just been drawn from the deck, to the evening outfits, where the black velvet trousers are paired with a multicolored bustier, held in place by a high belt at the waist. The embroidered black slip is enriched by a crinoline-style overskirt, and the see-through top is paired with a luminescent bandeau bra. At the end of the show, Giorgio Armani comes out to receive applause and, judging by his smile, he must have been the first to have enjoyed playing that game.
